Participating missionaries are assigned to districts to help foster a personal connection between missionaries and the local church. A Links relationship fosters a sense of involvement with Nazarene Missions through regular correspondence from missionaries, updates from their field of service, and presentations by their Links missionary when they are on home assignment.
2020 Assignment Summary
You may give your Links offering on their profile pages; or you can give on the Funding the Mission website (your church treasurer should have access to this).
Links is a NMI top 5 area of impact and a strategic ministry ‘linking’ Nazarene missionaries and Nazarene churches through prayer, personal contact, and generous giving. Global NMI assigns each District, missionary families (Links) every 3 years. Each church is assigned a yearly gift amount for Links. Amounts given above assignments are welcome and appreciated by our Links families. The financial gift you give to your assigned Links missionaries goes towards their personal account. Missionary families can use your gift to help with their everyday needs, such as food, clothing, etc.
**You have been assigned a Links connection that ministers in a creative access area (CAA) or secured area. For safety, follow communication protocols set out by NMI and especially those that your CAA Links gives you. Contact your NMI President or Pastor for more information.
